BIKAS PADHI ENTERS ETERNITY
Berhampur: In a moment steeped in grief and quiet reflection, the media world bid farewell to one of its familiar and compassionate faces, Bikash Padhi, who passed away on April 10 evening 5 pm at Bhubaneswar at the age of 59 due to multi-organ failure, as confirmed by family sources.
A native of Katikia Sahi in Paralakhemundi, Bikash Padhi was widely known in media circles for his long-standing association with advertisement services across both English and vernacular newspapers in Berhampur.
His professional journey was marked by sincerity, dedication, and an affable nature that earned him respect and affection alike.
He had been undergoing treatment at SUM Ultimate Hospital, Bhubaneswar, for the past ten days following a cardiac complication. Despite medical efforts, including the support of a stent and pacemaker, his condition remained critical in the ICU, ultimately leading to his untimely demise.
He is survived by his grieving wife, a son, and a daughter, who now bear the weight of an irreplaceable loss. His mortal remains will be consigned to flames at Puri, where family and loved ones will gather to offer their final farewell.
Beyond the corridors of media establishments, Bikash Padhi will be remembered as a gentle soul whose kindness resonated in every interaction. His life stands as a quiet testament to resilience, humility, and the enduring power of human warmth.
As the final curtain falls on his earthly journey, his memories linger like a soft echo—etched forever in the hearts of those who knew him. His absence leaves behind a void that words can scarcely fill, yet his legacy of compassion and integrity shall continue to inspire.
May his soul rest in eternal peace, and may his family find strength in this hour of profound sorrow, mourned his friend Dr Rajat Kumar Panigrahi, Engineer Tirthabas Panda and others.
