Swachhata Hi Seva 2025 Drive Launched at Rayagada DRM Camp office
Rayagada, Sept 17: With nationwide enthusiasm, the 9th edition of Swachhata Hi Seva (SHS) 2025 under the Swachh Bharat Mission commenced today. The 15-day campaign, being observed from September 17 to October 2, will culminate on Gandhi Jayanti. It seeks to mobilize millions across the country in a unified effort towards impactful cleanliness drives.
As part of this initiative, Shri Amitabh Singhal, DRM/RGDA, led a Swachhata Hi Seva drive at the DRM Camp Office Colony. He was joined by Shri S. N. Das, Sr.DEE(G)/RGDA; Shri A. K. Dung, ADSTE/RGDA; Shri Rajendra Kumar, ADEN/RGDA, along with officers, staff from various departments, and colony residents, who actively participated in the cleanliness activities.On the occasion, DRM Singhal administered the Swachhata Pledge to all participants, reaffirming their collective commitment to cleanliness and sustainable civic practices.
Adding to the spirit of the campaign, DRM, officers, staff, and colony residents also took out a massive cleanliness rally from the DRM office to Koraput Square. Participants raised inspiring slogans on cleanliness and public awareness throughout the rally, drawing the attention of local citizens and encouraging them to join the mission.
