PRINCIPAL CHIEF COMMERCIAL MANAGER HOLDS REVIEW MEETING AND INSPECTION AT VISAKHAPATNAM
Visakhapatnam, September 3, 2025: Principal Chief Commercial Manager (PCCM) of East Coast Railway, Ms. Rita Raj, visited Visakhapatnam today on her maiden tour after assuming charge as PCCM, East Coast Railway. An officer of the 1995 batch of the Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS), Ms. Raj interacted with senior officials and reviewed key commercial activities of the division.
During her visit, Ms. Raj held a comprehensive review meeting with Shri Lalit Bohra, Divisional Railway Manager, Waltair, along with senior Commercial and Traffic officials. The meeting focused on a wide range of issues including ongoing developmental activities, passenger amenities, Non-Fare Revenue (NFR) projects, commercial initiatives, and future plans for the division.
Shri K. Saandeep, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, presented an overview of the division’s performance in major commercial areas. The PCCM appreciated Waltair Division for its notable achievements, particularly in the execution and growth of Non-Fare Revenue projects.
Following the review meeting, Ms. Raj inspected Visakhapatnam Railway Station, examining passenger amenities, commercial facilities, and ongoing NFR projects on-site. She was accompanied by senior commercial officials throughout the inspection
