Cuttack : Tapan Barik was a driver by profession.He had a family consisting of his wife, two twin daughters, and a younger daughter. His father, Narayan Barik, is mentally ill. Along with his mother and wife, Tapan was leading a happy family life. However, tragedy struck the family when Tapan suffered from a kidney-related illness and eventually passed away.The situation raised a serious question: how would the family survive without its primary breadwinner?
The helpless family lives in Nandan village under Patilo Gram Panchayat of Tirtol Block in Jagatsinghpur district. After news about the family’s difficult situation was highlighted in the media Shri Jagannath Charitable Trust, a social organisation from Kendrapara district, reached out to the family and took steps to support them in the coming days.
Trust President Daman Mohanty,Nimai Charan Kar,Pramod Nayak,Prashant Kumar Dash,Surendranath Satapathy,Chittaranjan Basantara,Balaram Das were joined.
