Koraput Collector Receives Prime Minister’s Excellence Award for Outstanding Governance
Koraput :- In a prestigious ceremony held at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi on Public Service Day, Koraput Collector V. Keerthi Vasan received the Prime Minister’s Excellence Award from Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This esteemed recognition honors Koraput district’s outstanding performance in effectively implementing 11 central government schemes over the past 18 months, directly benefiting its residents.
A rigorous evaluation process by a central team at multiple levels led to Koraput being selected for this award. Notably, Koraput is one of only five districts nationwide to receive this distinction, highlighting its commitment to administrative excellence and good governance.
