RKVS Celebrates 80th Independence Day with Patriotic Fervour in Rayagada
Rayagada: The Rayagada Kalinga Vaishya Sangham (RKVS) celebrated the 80th Independence Day with great patriotic fervour and enthusiasm at the RKVS office in Rayagada on Saturday.
The programme commenced at 8:30 a.m. with the hoisting of the National Flag by RKVS President Sri K. Amarnath. The flag-hoisting ceremony was followed by patriotic observances, with members expressing their respect and pride for the nation.
The programme was organised under the guidance of Secretary Sri T. Jayaram, while Joint Secretary Sri Ch. Vijaya Krishna and Treasurer Sri Vadde Murali Krishna efficiently managed the arrangements.
The celebration was attended by Past President Sri I. Sanyasi Raju, esteemed advisers, executive body members, trustees and a large number of dedicated RKVS members. President and members of the Friends Walkers Club, along with the District Governor (Elect), also joined the celebration and extended their solidarity on the national occasion.
Felicitation of Distinguished Professionals
A major highlight of the Independence Day celebration was the felicitation of the talented young professionals of RKVS who have brought pride and recognition to the community through their achievements in various fields.

Their accomplishments in Chartered Accountancy, Cost and Management Accounting, Engineering and Medicine were appreciated as examples of dedication, hard work and excellence.
RKVS congratulated the young achievers and expressed hope that their success would inspire the younger generation of the community to pursue excellence in education and professional life.
The celebration concluded on a memorable note, with RKVS expressing heartfelt gratitude to all members, guests, well-wishers and participating organisations whose presence and support contributed to the success of the 80th Independence Day celebration.
