6th Annual function of Amethyst Abacus Brain Master
Rourkela: Amethyst Abacus Brain Master, Sector 6 Center, celebrated its 6th Annual Function at Madhu mandap, Sector 7. Chief Guest for the event was Mr. Sujit Roy, Principal of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Sector 6. Guest of Honour was Mr. Niharanjan Samal, RSP Manager of the State Office and Senior Journalist ,Poet Kunjabihari Rout on this occasion. The program was beautifully organized under the guidance of Director of Amethyst abacus Brain masters, Mrs. Sandhya Rani sahoo, who aims to spread awareness about the benefits of Abacus learning. She highlighted how Abacus helps children improve their mathematical skills and adds confidence to their academic life. The event was a grand success. Abacus , Ma’am organized various competitions in different categories such as Mental Math, GK, Brainvita, and Table Learning Skills. Children participated with great enthusiasm and were awarded trophies in their respective categories.
Winners of the National Level and State Level Jharsuguda and Jammu Kashmir Competition were also honoured with trophies and certificates. Our respected guests presented the prizes and encouraged all the children.
The event also featured various cultural programs, and our ABACUS students performed a special Abacus-based drama, which was appreciated by everyone.Our Chief Guest and Guest of Honour shared a few inspiring words to encourage the children. They spoke about how Abacus helps in building strong mathematical skills and how it plays an important role in improving students’ studies and confidence.Four students were awarded in front of our guests for completing their level, and they were felicitated with their graduation degree certificates during this event.
